1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined:

• "Platform" refers to the waja888 website accessible at https://waja888.one, including all services, games and content provided under it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses any part of the waja888 platform.
• "Account" means a user account officially registered on the waja888 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual amount of money in your account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback or reward funds credited by waja888 into your account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or device information — constitutes a violation of these terms. All such accounts may be terminated and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. The full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile number and email address provided must be your own. waja888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

2.4 Geographic Coverage

The waja888 platform targets adult users in Malaysia. Users from regions or jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling are fully responsible for ensuring they do not violate their local laws. waja888 makes no representation that its content or services are suitable or available in any particular location.

3. Account Usage

3.1 Login Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login details. Use a strong and unique password, and change it regularly. Do not share your login details with any third party. waja888 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised party as a result of your own negligence.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the waja888 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to play or gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the gaming system.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or system inconsistencies that provide an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties.

• Making false claims or providing misleading information to customer support.

3.3 User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. Any transaction or bet executed using your login credentials is considered to have been made by you personally.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods and Minimum Limits

waja888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals will typically be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is received and verified. The actual processing time depends on the payment method selected and system conditions at the time.

4.3 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

To ensure transaction security, waja888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal request. Users may be asked to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents. Refusal to cooperate in this verification process may result in the withdrawal being delayed or rejected.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. waja888 does not accept deposits from bank accounts, e-wallets or payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

waja888 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM888 is awarded, bringing the balance to RM2,688, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

All promotions and bonuses offered by waja888 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer. In general:

• Bonuses may not be used as a substitute for real money for any purpose other than wagering.
• waja888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through dishonest means will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account termination.
• Accumulated bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if the account is terminated.

5.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

waja888 runs a VIP programme consisting of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate, ranging from up to 0.2% for Bronze to up to 1.0% for Diamond. Progression to a higher tier depends on your wagering activity over time. All credited cashback is subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the waja888 platform are operated in accordance with the rules and procedures set by their respective game providers. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, the records of waja888 and the game provider will be considered final.

waja888 is not responsible for any service interruptions, internet connection disruptions or technical failures during a game session that may affect game results. In situations where a game is disconnected due to a technical issue on the platform's end, the affected bet amount will be returned to the user's account in accordance with the applicable policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before starting a game session.

7. Responsible Gambling

9. Limitation of Liability

The maximum total liability of waja888 to a user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

waja888 makes no guarantee that the platform will be error-free, operate without interruption, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the waja888 support team. Before closure is carried out, any eligible real money balance must first be withdrawn in accordance with the usual withdrawal procedure.

10.2 Termination by waja888

waja888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.
• waja888 suspects fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration.
• The user engages in conduct that is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform.
• waja888 is directed to do so by the relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waja888 is licensed to operate. waja888 operates under an international licence issued by the relevant authority.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an arbitration body chosen by waja888, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Amendments to Terms

waja888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms.

In the event of a conflict between the Malay and English versions of these terms, the Malay version shall apply for users operating in Malaysia.
